Drug Search arrests #2 Watchlist of Ocampo MPS and seizure of Illegal Drugs

Ocampo, Camarines Sur ---In line with the PNP PATROL Plan 2030, The Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the leadership of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GIMPAYA PORNILLOS, Acting Provincial Director conducted operation against proliferation of illegal drugs, thru Search Warrant, at about 5:10 AM of May 17, 2016.

 PNP personnel of Ocampo MPS led by PCI ROLITO U OROSCO, COP in coordination with Phil. Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 5, Legazpi City implemented SW # T-97, for Violation of RA 9165, otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” issued by. Judge Ma. Angela Accompañado Arroyo of RTC Br 58, San Jose, Camarines Sur dated May 16, 2016. in the residence and within the immediate vicinity of Ronilo Rebello y Barbonio, a.k.a. “Kaklo” at Sitio Balingbing, Brgy San Vicente of this town. The search resulted to the arrest of Mr Rebello and confiscation of One (1) medium size and four (4) small size plastic sachets containing white crystalline suspected “Shabu’; three (3) rolled aluminum foil containing residues of suspected Shabu; and drug paraphernalia.

Search and seizure operation was made in an orderly manner with the presence of mandatory witnesses. Suspct is ranked as #2 in the Top Ten Priority Drug Personalities Watch List of Ocampo MPS###(CSPPO-PIO)

Seizures of Illegal Drugs

Bula, Camarines Sur --- In line with the PNP Patrol Plan 2030 the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office(CSPPO) under the leadership of PSSUPT WALFREDO GIMPAYA PORNILLOS, Officer-In-Charge, conducted Anti-Illegal Drug operation thru the implementation of Search Warrant against residence of suspect Apollo Baita which later on identified as Apollo Baeta legal age, married of Sitio Portico Barangay Fabrica, of this town, categorized as rank no. 10 in Lambat Sibat Drug watchlist/personalities of Bula MPS.

At about 10:00 pm of April 18, 2016, Team led by PCI Rodolfo T Oliver Jr, COP implemented search warrant no. IR-2016-60 issued by Judge Manuel M. Rosales, of RTC br 34 Iriga City against Apollo Baita which later on identified as Apollo Baeta legal age, married of Sitio Portico Barangay Fabrica, of this town, issued April 14, 2016. The team proceeded in the search at the suspect’s residence, in the presence of suspects’ wife along with mandatory witnesses. at about 11:30 pm of April 18, 2016 found/recovered the following items: Three (3) pcs big size plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; (found outside the house placed inside a black pouch); Four (4) pcs medium size plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; (found outside the house placed inside a black pouch); Five (5) pcs medium size plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; (found outside the house placed inside a black pouch); Seven (7) pcs medium size plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; (found outside the house placed inside a black pouch); Eighteen (18) pcs medium size plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; (found outside the house placed inside a black pouch); and One (1) pc black pouch (found outside the house) That marking, photographs and inventory of seized items were made in the presence of suspect along with mandatory witnesses. Arrested suspect was informed the cause of his arrest and of his constitutional rights. All confiscated items as well as the suspect were brought to Bula MPS for filing a case of Violation of R.A. 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002". in court for inquest proceeding###(Bula MPS)

Arrest of # 6 Cam Sur Most Wanted Person and 7 others in a day Including the arrest of 3 Municipal Most wanted persons

Camarines Sur (April 5, 2016) --- In line with the PNP Patrol Plan 2030, thru the persistent effort of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), under the strong leadership of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GIMPAYA PORNILLOS, Officer In Charge, CSPPO, conducted Manhunt Operation against Wanted Wanted Persons in the province, and arrested 8 (eight) wanted persons including the arrest of # 6 Provincial Most Wanted, arrest of 3 (three) Municipal Most Wanted Persons and 4 others in a day;

In Pasig City, combined operatives of CSPPO, RID5, EPD-DIU, NCRIO and Pasig CPO, arrested the accused Inocencio San Jose y Pante, 44 yrs old, married laborer, at his residence in Octagon St, Brgy Dela Paz, Pasig City, at about 7:15 AM of April 4, 2016. by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Antonio C. Ayo Jr, of RTC Br. 62, Naga City on May 6, 2011 for Robbery with bail recommended of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100, 000.00). Accused is listed as Rank no. 6 in the Provincial Most Wanted Persons of CSPPO under OPLAN Lambat Sibat and a member of Burac Robbery/Hold-Up Group (Sibat Target).

In Basud, Camarines Norte, combined operatives of CSPPO and Lupi MPS, arrested the accused Gabriel Reyes y Montañez, with live-in partner, 19 yrs old, native of Brgy. Haluban, Lupi, Camarines Sur and was arrested at his residence in Zone-3, Brgy San Felipe, Basud, Camarines Norte, at about 2:10 PM of April 4, 2016, by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest issued by Judge Irma Isidora M Boncodin-Zamudio of Br. 57, Libmanan, Camarines Sur on January 18, 2016 for Attempted Rape with bail recommended of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120, 000.00) Accused is Rank no.1 MMWP of Lupi, Cam Sur.

In Buhi,. combined operatives of Cam Sur and Buhi MPS, arrested the accused Henry Brusas y Omorog, 49 yrs old, married, and a resident of Brgy. San Buena, and was arrested in Brgy San Pedro, both of this town, at about 4:00 PM of April 4, 4016, by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest issued by Judge Manuel M. Rosales, of Br. 34, Iriga City on March 1, 2016 for Violation of RA 7610 "Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act." with bail recommended of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80, 000.00). Accused is Rank no.2 MMWP of Buhi, Cam Sur.

In Ocampo, combined operatives of CIDT and Ocampo MPS, arrested the accused Andres Bas Y Belano, 18 yrs old, single, at his residence in Brgy. Hanawan of this town, at about 6:30 PM of April 4, 2016, by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest issued by Judge Erwin Virgilio Ferrer, of Br. 33, Pili,Camarines Sur on March 10, 2016 for Rape with no bail recommended. Accused is Rank no.4 MMWP of Ocampo, Cam Sur.

In Minalabac, operatives of Minalabac MPS arrested a 17 yrs old, boy minor (name withheld), at his residence in Zone 4 Brgy Mataoroc, of hits town, at about 5:30 AM of April 4, 2016, by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest issued by Judge Elsa A Mampo, of MTC, Minalabac, Cam Sur on March 16, 2016 for Theft with bail recommended of Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php 12, 000.00).

In Tinambac,  operatives of Tinambac MPS, arrested the accused Efren Adbalagao y Saboco, 51 yrs old, married, and Salvador Sagada y Moreno, 77 yrs old, married, at their residence in  Sitio Nagpatong Brgy Pantat of this town,  at about 9:00 AM of April 4, 2016, by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest issued by Judge Pedro M Redoña, of Br. 63, Calabanga,Cam Sur on March 16, for Qualified Theft with bail recommended of Twelve Thousand Pesos each (Php 12, 000.00)..

In Tigaon, operatives of Tigaon MPS arrested the accused a 17 yrs old boy minor (name withheld) at his residence in Diversion Road, Bgy. Gubat, of this town, at about 3:35 PM of April 4, 2016, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Noel D. Paulite, of Br. 30, San Jose, Cam Sur on March 21, 2016 for Murder with no bail recommended(CSPPO-PIO)

Camarines Sur -- Aligned with the ideals of the PNP PATROL PLAN 2030, PNP operatives of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the leadership of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GIMPIYA PORNILLOS, Officer In Charge conducted Anti-Drug and Loose FA’s operations in this province that resulted in the arrest of suspected illegal drug personalities and confiscation of illegal drugs and Loose FA’s;

Iriga City (March 22, 2016) ---Operatives of Iriga City Police Station led by PSUPT  ALEX SAVILLA PEDERIO, COP, together with CSPPO-PIU, Cam.Sur CIDG and RID RSOG served two Search Warrants(SW) against the residence of Nelson Valenzuela , 47 yrs old, married, at Zone 3, Nakar st (Babatngan) San Isidro, of this city, SW# IR-2016-45 for Violation of R.A 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs act of 2002) and IR-2016-46 for Violation of RA 10591 (The Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), issued by Judge Timoteo A Panga Jr of RTC Br. 60, Iriga City dtd March 16, 2016. at about 12:05 PM,

The operation resulted in the arrest of Mr Valenzuela and recovery of : One (1) Cal .22 revolver (Paltik) loaded with six(6)live ammunitions; One (1) cigarette pack containing five (5) pcs of caliber 38 ammunitions ; One (1) box TM Armscor containing Seventeen (17) pcs empty shell of caliber .38 ammunitions ; One (1) pc of black leather ammo holder ; One (1) matchbox containing Two (2) pcs medium size plastic sachet , containing suspected “Shabu”; Two (2) pcs small open plastic sachet containing suspected “Shabu” and One (1) pc black pouch bag . Markings and inventory of seized evidences were made in the presence of the suspect and witnesses from DOJ, media and Brgy official representatives.

Criminal  cases for Viol. of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 docketed under # V-OI-INQ-16C-027 and Viol. of RA 10591 #V-OI-INQ-16C-028 were filed against the suspect at City Prosecutors Office, Iriga City.###(Iriga CPS)

Bato (March 23, 2016) --  Operatives of Bato MPS led by PINSP LLOYD D FAURILLO, DCOP, served the SW # IR-2016-48 for Violation of R.A. 9165, SW# IR-2016-49 for Violation of R.A. 10591, both issued by Judge Panga Jr dtd March 18, 2016, at the residence of the suspect Francis Gamayan y Baldoza a.k.a “ISKO at Brgy. San Miguel of this town, at about 5:13 AM.

The operation resulted in the arrest of suspect, together visitors: Manuelo Lauta y Santor, Merven Repaso y Baclao, Alvin Murillo y Talagtag , Joseph Ramos y Potencio, Francis De Lima y Ballester, Katrina Estabillo y Doe, Ariel Regaspi y Buena, Arlene Mata y Macasaya, Ralph Gil Escape y Awa, all of legal age,.

Seized items were Four (4) pcs partly opened transparent plastic sachets each containing traces of suspected shabu; One (1) match box containing one (1) small size plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; One (1) black coin purse containing  one (1) small plastic sachet;  illegal drug paraphernalia; One (1) Cal. 38 handgun with Serial No. 77245; four hundred twenty-nine pesos(429.00 Php); One (1) Set of Plastic Playing Cards; One (1) pc Kitchen Knife; and  One (1) pc Jungle Knife with scabbard. Markings and inventory of seized evidences were made in the presence of the suspect and  witnesses from DOJ, media and Brgy official representatives

Suspects were apprised of their constitutional rights and they were brought to Bato MPS together with the confiscated items for filing appropriate charges for violation of R.A. 9165, R.A. 10591, P.D. 1602 and B.P. 881in court###(Bato MPS)
