Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the leadership of POLICE
SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GIMPIYA PORNILLOS, Officer In Charge conducted
Anti-Drug and Loose FA’s operations in this province that resulted in the
arrest of suspected illegal drug personalities and confiscation of illegal
drugs and Loose FA’s;
Iriga City (March 22, 2016) ---Operatives of
Iriga City Police Station led by PSUPT ALEX
SAVILLA PEDERIO, COP, together with CSPPO-PIU, Cam.Sur CIDG and RID RSOG served
two Search Warrants(SW) against the residence of Nelson Valenzuela , 47 yrs old, married, at Zone 3, Nakar st (Babatngan)
San Isidro, of this city, SW# IR-2016-45 for
Violation of R.A 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs act of 2002) and IR-2016-46
for Violation of RA 10591 (The Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation
Act), issued by Judge Timoteo A Panga Jr of RTC Br. 60, Iriga City dtd March
16, 2016. at about 12:05 PM,
The operation
resulted in the arrest of Mr Valenzuela and recovery of : One (1) Cal .22 revolver
(Paltik) loaded with six(6)live ammunitions; One (1) cigarette pack containing
five (5) pcs of caliber 38 ammunitions ; One (1) box TM Armscor containing
Seventeen (17) pcs empty shell of caliber .38 ammunitions ; One (1) pc of black
leather ammo holder ; One (1) matchbox containing Two (2) pcs medium size plastic
sachet , containing suspected “Shabu”; Two (2) pcs small open plastic sachet
containing suspected “Shabu” and One (1) pc black pouch bag . Markings and
inventory of seized evidences were made in the presence of the suspect and witnesses
from DOJ, media and Brgy official representatives.
Criminal cases for Viol. of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165
docketed under # V-OI-INQ-16C-027 and Viol. of RA 10591 #V-OI-INQ-16C-028 were
filed against the suspect at City Prosecutors Office, Iriga City.###(Iriga CPS)

-- Operatives of Bato MPS led by PINSP
LLOYD D FAURILLO, DCOP, served the SW # IR-2016-48 for Violation of
R.A. 9165, SW# IR-2016-49 for Violation of R.A. 10591, both issued by Judge
Panga Jr dtd March 18, 2016, at the residence of the suspect
Francis Gamayan y Baldoza a.k.a “ISKO at Brgy. San Miguel
of this town, at about 5:13 AM.
The operation resulted
in the arrest of suspect, together visitors: Manuelo Lauta y Santor, Merven Repaso
y Baclao, Alvin Murillo y Talagtag , Joseph Ramos y Potencio, Francis De Lima y
Ballester, Katrina Estabillo y Doe, Ariel Regaspi y Buena, Arlene Mata y
Macasaya, Ralph Gil Escape y Awa, all of legal age,.
Seized items
were Four (4) pcs partly opened transparent
plastic sachets each containing traces of suspected shabu; One (1) match box containing one (1) small size plastic sachet
containing suspected shabu; One (1) black
coin purse containing one (1) small plastic
sachet; illegal drug paraphernalia; One (1) Cal. 38 handgun with Serial No.
77245; four hundred twenty-nine pesos(429.00 Php); One (1) Set of Plastic Playing
Cards; One (1) pc Kitchen Knife; and One
(1) pc Jungle Knife with scabbard. Markings and
inventory of seized evidences were made in the presence of the suspect and witnesses from DOJ, media and Brgy official representatives
Suspects were
apprised of their constitutional rights and they were brought to Bato MPS
together with the confiscated items for filing appropriate charges for
violation of R.A. 9165, R.A. 10591, P.D. 1602 and B.P. 881in court###(Bato MPS)
